Employment Termination Checklist
Administrative steps to be followed by Division III when employment ends.
The steps contained in the checklist box below must be completed in a prompt and systematic fashion when an employee is terminated, regardless of whether the employee was fired or resigned. This Procedure accompanies the Policy entitled “Termination of Employment,” which should be read before this procedure is implemented. For additional Policy guidance, see also the section of our Policy: “Terms of Employment” entitled “Discipline and Discharge.”
